LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Ural Chemical Calculator SOFTWARE
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either 
an individual or a single entity) and A.A.Lakhtin (I, me), the author and 
copyright holder of the Ural Chemical Calculator software.  This "SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT" includes the Ural Chemical Calculator software and may include any 
associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.  
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree 
to be bound to the terms of this agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms 
of this agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

	SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international 
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.  
The author and copyright holder of Ural Chemical Calculator is A.A.Lakhtin.  
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

Ural Chemical Calculator consists of "shareware" software which allows the 
user to use the unregistered version of Ural Chemical Calculator for a period 
of 30 days. You agree not to extend the 30 day trial period by any method 
except by registering the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  If you register the SOFTWARE 
PRODUCT by purchasing a registration number you agree to register no more 
than one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and not distribute the registration 
number.  
 
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any
such copies, however made; and from distributing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT with 
other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission of
A.A.Lakhtin.

	INSTALLATION AND USE
You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
However if you register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by purchasing a registration 
number, you agree to only register one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and not 
distribute the registration number.

You may access the registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through a 
network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software 
covering all workstations that that will access the software through the 
network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations will access Ural Chemical
Calculator on the network, each workstation must have its own license, 
regardless of whether they use Ural Chemical Calculator at different times 
or concurrently.

REPRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION
You may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of this SOFTWARE
PRODUCT; provided that each copy shall be a true, complete, and unmodified 
copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied 
by a copy of this agreement.  The registration number shall NEVER be 
distributed.
 
TERMINATION
Without prejudice to other rights, I may terminate this agreement if you fail 
to comply to the terms and conditions of this agreement.  In such an event, you
must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

NO WARRANTIES
A.A.Lakhtin expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  The 
SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without 
warranty of any kind.  The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
